DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation is inviting the public to attend a public meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 18 at the Minnesota North College - Rainy River commons area to learn about the recommended alternative for the Highway 11/71 corridor in International Falls. The study area is between the intersection of Koochiching County Road 91 and Hwy 53/Second Avenue.
MnDOT will host the event at 5 p.m. with a short presentation at 5:15 p.m. The project team will be available to hear feedback and answer questions.
